Our system is easy to install and rarely requires external help. For most customers, our installation guides are sufficient to get started on their own.
If you still need help with the installation, we offer it as a service for a fee.
On the next business day after the order, we will send an invoice for the start-up fee. As soon as the payment is received, we will send the equipment to you.
Once the devices are connected and operational, we will send a monthly invoice for the service.
The start-up fee is based on the number of sensors and the type of subscription, and it is clearly stated before the order is completed.
